We run a vibrant range of community
arts projects aiming to bring people
together, build connection and maintain
our wellbeing through creativity. There is
strong focus on sustainability, using
upcycled and reclaimed materials.

We’ve challenged our learners to
capture the essence of the North.
The result is a stunning collection
of diverse perspectives, brought to
life on plywood canvases; generously
donated by Wickes at Clifton Moor.

The Meadow
` Sew York
We are proud to partner with
homelessness charity Carecent York and
recycling project ReFactory, to transform
donated fabrics into durable bags for
Carecent’s clients to transport their
clothing, food and essential toiletries.
` Santa’s Socks
Santa’s Socks is back! We encourage
anyone who likes to sew to make a
Christmas Stocking from scraps of
fabric which will be distributed to local
homeless shelters.
